• →Own Finance technology products across EMEA and APAC.
• →Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap.
• →Partner with CFO organizations and finance leaders.
• →Prioritize investments based on business value and outcomes.
• →Drive simplification, harmonization and modernization of tech landscape and financial processes.
• →Ensure strong governance, performance and adoption.
• →Lead product evolution across finance processes and capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in Finance Technology, with responsibility for enterprise-scale Finance and ERP platforms.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Finance Processes, and ERP Platforms.
• Experience managing technology portfolios and prioritizing investments to maximize business value.
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into impactful technology solutions.

• Track record of leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving organizational change and modernizing finance technology landscapes.
• Strong people leader with a passion for building, developing, and empowering high-performing teams.

This is a position based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden).
