This is a full time, fixed-term position for 12 months. 

What you'll do: 

As a Junior PTP Specialist, you'll support our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver excellent service while continuously developing your finance expertise. 

In detail, you will: 

• Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently 

• Support invoice processing and day-to-day Accounts Payable activities 

• Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues in a timely manner 

• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries with professionalism and care 

• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks 

• Collaborate with team members and support other PTP processes when needed 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process excellence 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data 

• Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach 

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
