About the job: 
 

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTC Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash operations and supporting the financial stability of a truly global organization.

What you will do: 

As our OTC Accounting Specialist, you will be at the heart of our Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring that transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. From processing payments and managing customer accounts to supporting reporting and reconciliation activities, your work will help keep our financial operations running smoothly. 

You'll use your analytical mindset and attention to detail to maintain data accuracy, resolve queries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your contribution will play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting business performance. 

In detail, you will: 

• Process received payments and/or sales orders 

• Prepare reports according to scheduled deadlines 

• Generate customer statements 

• Raise manual invoices and credit notes 

• Handle customer disputes and payments 

• Clear credit notes 

• Archive relevant OTC documentation 

• Participate in monthly and year-end closing activities 

• Perform account analysis and reconciliations 

• Identify and report process deviations, delays, or data inconsistencies 

• Prepare and update process maps and desktop procedures 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language will be an asset 

• Previous experience in accounting, ideally within Order-to-Cash processes 

• Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel 

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work 

• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and think beyond day-to-day tasks 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage 

Where you'll be: 

You will be based in our modern office in Kraków, home to one of Electrolux Group's Global Shared Service Centers. From here, we support Electrolux operations across the globe, delivering services in Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
