ETCH Technician Trainee

Element is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required. Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification.

This is a second shift position (1:00pm-9:00pm M-F) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 with a $3.00 shift differential added.

• →Move and process parts through chemical treatment operations.
• →Inspect component surfaces for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns.
• →Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• →Use hand tools and basic equipment to support production activities.
