CNC Grinder

Elevate Recruitment & Staffing has partnered with a growing precision tooling manufacturer.

• →Program, set up, and operate the ANCA TX7 CNC Grinder for carbide chamber reamer production
• →Produce parts to blueprint specifications and meet daily production targets
• →Operate additional manual manufacturing machines as needed
• →Perform in-process inspection and basic gaging/metrology
• →Maintain machines and tooling as needed
• →Work independently with minimal supervision

• 3+ years of hands-on experience on a leading CNC tool & cutter grinder – ANCA strongly preferred, Walter or Rollomatic also considered
• Proficient in ANCA programming software (ToolRoom / iGrind) or equivalent on Walter or Rollomatic
• Ability to both program and run production
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Basic math and trigonometry

• Direct ANCA experience
• Background or working knowledge of the firearms industry
• Experience producing drill bits, reamers, inserts, or cutting tools
• Manufacturing, production, and gaging/metrology background
