Position Summary
The Marketing Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the marketing department and provides direct supervision to the Marketing Assistant. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives across the family of companies while ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the Marketing staff.
• Develop and manage multi-brand marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
• Oversee digital advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Coordinate projects with graphic design, web development, photography, videography, and external vendors.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI (return of investment).
• Analyze campaign performance and present reports to leadership.
• Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all companies and marketing channels.
• Support executive leadership with strategic recommendations and special projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and represent the marketing department in meetings.
Required Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience managing multiple brands or business units.
• Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Bilingual English/French considered an asset.

Compensation
Recommended salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
