Lead China digital technology team to build a "Demand – Solution – Implementation – Optimization – Value" operating model, ensuring the effective localization and scalable replication of the global digital strategy in China Operation. Empower the department to become a business partner and collaborate with the U.S. digital technology team to create and execute solutions for e.l.f. supply chain. Establish a robust, scalable, and compliant IT infrastructure and operations system to reliably support key applications, continuously improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience. Realize business value through exploration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and BI.

1.Digital strategy alignment
Develop a digital strategy framework from the perspective of China Operation, aligned with global digital strategy. Define business objectives, priorities, and key milestones, and decompose global solutions into a China localization blueprint for effective implementation.

2.End-to-end systems lifecycle management
Establish governance mechanisms for go-live and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the U.S. team to plan local availability for networks and servers, endpoints and peripherals. Explore and co-create digital solutions and implementation paths tailored to the e.l.f. supply chain model. Evaluate and review outcomes using quantitative metrics to continuously optimize system performance.

3.Team Enablement
Enhance business-to-technology translation and standardize cross-team communications to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered by technical teams and U.S. counterparts. Build a knowledge repository to enable rapid replication and deployment of new projects. Strengthen data-driven storytelling and stakeholder management to increase cross-functional influence.

Minimum request:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
2. 10+ years of experience in enterprise digitalization, supply chain IT/data management, and enterprise applications (e.g., ERP/PLM/WMS/TMS), including 5+ years in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Advanced knowledge of SAP, PowerApps and Azure, etc with hands-on delivery experience across design, configuration, integration and operations.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of high-quality communication in multicultural environments.

Relevant knowledge demands:

1. Led or co-led cross-regional digital system go-live projects; familiar with enterprise applications and cross-region collaboration.
2. Familiar with China’s network and data security regulations and cross-border data privacy and data compliance requirements.

3. Possesses deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations; has been responsible for production environment stability and capacity planning for key systems.
4. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG supply chain domain is preferred.
