Regional Estate Manager

• → Manage a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across multiple regional sites
• → Ensure health & safety compliance across estate environments
• → Coordinate contractors and works programmes, including maintenance and improvement works
• → Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• → Manage issues relating to vacant property, land use and estate management
• → Act as a key liaison between consultants, contractors, clients and internal teams
• → Ensure all estate activity is delivered in line with safety and compliance requirements

This role would suit someone with experience in:

• Estate management
• Land and property management
• Facilities management
• Vacant property management
• Environmental or landscape management
• Health & safety within estates or property environments

You should be comfortable managing multiple sites, contractors and stakeholders while maintaining strong compliance standards.

• Experience managing property, land or estate portfolios
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation
• Experience managing contractors and site works
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

• NEBOSH, IOSH or similar H&S qualification
• Experience within environmental consultancy, estates or property sectors
• Experience managing vacant property portfolios
