• →Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• →Support clients with mobility and help facilitate physical activities.
• →Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued and respected.
• →Administer medications as prescribed and keep track of clients' health status.
• →Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and other household needs.
• →Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• →Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare team.

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to providing quality care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Must be able to communicate in English required.
