Shisha Supervisor

Job Overview: The Shisha Supervisor oversees all aspects of shisha service within a lounge, or restaurant setting. They ensure high-quality shisha preparation, maintain hygiene standards, manage staff, and deliver an exceptional experience to guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the preparation and serving of shisha to ensure quality and consistency. Train and mentor shisha staff on proper techniques, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shisha equipment and lounge areas. Manage inventory of shisha flavors, charcoal, accessories, and cleaning supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to shisha preparation and service. Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with flavor selection and addressing any concerns. Enforce lounge policies, including age restrictions and safety protocols. Coordinate with management on promotional activities, special events, and customer feedback. Maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new shisha products. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in shisha or hospitality service preferred. Knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
