Copywriter (Contract)

Our client in Port Elizabeth is looking for a talented Copywriter to join their team for a 6 month contract, who will ideate, develop, and execute impactful creative work across digital campaigns and marketing channels. This role is ideal for a creatively driven individual who understands how to leverage AI tools to produce strategic, engaging, and scalable content. You will play a key role in shaping content experiences across platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI-driven content strategy aligned to brand and campaign objectives. Use AI tools to create personalized content for different audience segments. Produce end-to-end multimedia content packages, including text, images, and video, using AI-powered platforms. Generate strategic, insight-led content on an ongoing basis across digital marketing channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is creatively strong, on-brand, and performance-focused. Requirements Proven experience as a Copywriter or Content Creator. Strong working knowledge of AI content tools for copy, image generation, and video creation. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling content. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field (advantageous).
