We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and partner with leadership to build a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR department and deliver effective people solutions across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team through coaching, mentorship, and clear direction. Oversee and coordinate all core HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery across the business. Proactively manage employee relations, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, misconduct, incapacity, and performance-related matters. Act as the primary representative at the CCMA and play a key role in resolving labour disputes effectively. Ensure the organisation remains fully compliant with South African labour legislation and evolving HR best practices. Drive Employment Equity strategy, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and statutory reporting. Guide and support recruitment initiatives, ensuring the appointment of top talent in critical roles. Partner closely with management to provide practical, solutions-driven HR and IR advice. Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned to business needs. Support change management initiatives, performance management processes, and employee development programs. Requirements Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labour Law. Minimum 5–8 years’ HR Generalist/Manager experience. Proven experience managing an HR team. Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience. CCMA case management and representation experience. Strong understanding of Employment Equity legislation and reporting. Recruitment and talent acquisition experience. Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, COIDA advantageous).
