The Senior Contracts Specialist role is primarily responsible for leading the reviewing and coordinating of responses to client contractual agreements.

Ensure that the business risks are reduced to a minimum and that the company contracting principles are upheld.

Supporting the relevant regions, alongside regional leadership and Corporate in the review, risk analysis and implementation of a range of material agreements.

Responsibilities

→Minimum HNC/HND in Business Management, Quantity Surveying or Law or similar.
→Experience in a contracts or proposals role or an engineering discipline function involved in producing cost estimates or proposals.
→International experience in a Contracts role
→Commercial and contractual diligence.
→Risk analysis.
