The Infrastructure Shared Line of Service (called SLS Infrastructure) of the EQUANS Group IT Department provides services relating to the public cloud (AWS and Azure) and network (interconnection network for the entities, secure connection of third parties to the EQUANS network, and global network services such as DNS, IPAM or remote connection for mobile or remote working employees).
The Infrastructure Global Process owner plays a key role in improving IT delivery performance by driving process optimization and promoting agile practices within the SLS. This role ensures that SLS Infra teams operate efficiently and deliver value in a predictable and adaptive way.
The role report to the SLS Infrastructure Head of Governance.
- Design, improve, and standardize delivery processes, ensure their rollout across SLS Infra teams, and support their adoption
- Contribute to define, standardize and deploy global processes across all SLS (SMO topics).
- Promote agile values and principles across teams and leadership.
- Coach and support agile teams to adopt best practices and improve maturity.
- Ensure SLS Infrastructure compliance and readiness for ISO 27001 certification.
- Facilitate the definition and rollout of standard operating procedures (SOP), workflows, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with PMO, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment between process and agility.
- Foster collaboration and synergy with other SLS and Business Units through the PMO Community
- Contribute to the onboarding of new Team members
- Monitor process performance and agile maturity using KPI.
- Lead transformation initiatives at the team and portfolio levels.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the governance roadmap
- Oversee information and knowledge management (documentation management and associated access rights)
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, IT governance, and audit requirements.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and process frameworks (ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proven experience in coaching teams and facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., retrospectives, planning, reviews).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Comfortable working across organizational boundaries and with senior leadership.
- Excellent collaborative skills both in remote and in office
- Excellent sense of service and quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to identify problems and propose/evaluate solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and servant leadership
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of ISO or governance frameworks for IT.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe Agilist, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL
- IT engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position in a company of similar size
