Position Overview  

As a Scrum Master, you will support and guide multiple teams in a hybrid Agile environment to deliver high-quality software products. 
You will contribute to delivery coordination and take on technical project management responsibilities for the teams. Additionally, you will partner with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to facilitate our organization’s agile practices. 
This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement, servant leadership, and helping teams deliver high-impact work. 

Key Responsibilities: Clear List of Expectations 

• Be a servant leader for multiple teams and promote agile principles. Support the teams and organization in maturing agile practices. 

• Facilitate all Scrum events across your assigned teams.  

• Identify productivity and communication impediments and work with team members & leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Track team progress and delivery timelines, report metrics around team goals and organizational needs. 

• Support delivery planning and coordination across teams, identify dependencies and risks.  

• Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and effective communication. 

• Promote collective team ownership of story completion and team goals. Call out interferences that can jeopardize goals and milestones. 

• Help the team understand and commit to goals, and ensure they follow through accordingly. 

• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Leadership to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and have a refined backlog. 

Structure 

• As a vital part of our Global Product Team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our product, technology, and support teams and reporting to the Senior Technical Project Manager.  

Required Qualifications 

• Experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional and distributed team environments  

• Experience coaching teams in agile practices. Familiarity with hybrid agile environments and adapting frameworks to organizational context.  

• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. 

• Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc 

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service mindset.  

General Expectations: 

• Support core hours (PST 5:00 AM-1:00 PM)  

• Support off-hour deployments as required.  

• Open communication with team members, stakeholders, and management.
