Full Stack Developer (São Paulo)

• →Professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of production systems.
• →Strong proficiency in at least one of: C#/.NET, Java, or Python; solid working knowledge of a second language.
• →Solid grounding in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle), including query tuning and data modeling.
• →Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating distributed systems; familiarity with messaging/streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQ) and event-driven patterns.
• →Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• →Practical experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), automated testing, and monitoring/observability tooling.
• →Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken); fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• →Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Financial services or capital markets background, brokerage, clearing, asset management, exchange, or fintech.
• Domain knowledge of trading lifecycle, post-trade operations, market data, or risk; familiarity with FIX protocol.
• Exposure to LATAM market structure and regulation: B3, CVM, ANBIMA, SELIC/CETIP, CNBV, or local payments/settlement rails.
• Experience with regulatory or financial reporting pipelines and data reconciliation at scale.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and performance/latency-sensitive system design.
• Experience working in a global matrixed organization with offshore/nearshore delivery models.

• Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.
• Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract.
• Hybrid setting: 4 days in-office and 1 day from home.
