Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Ennoble Care’s clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Partnership Integration & Management 

• →Design and lead integration plans for new initiatives and partnerships, ensuring operational alignment and value capture. 
• →Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution and compliance. 
• →Establish and manage to KPIs to monitor the success of initiatives and partnerships and recommend adjustments as needed. 
• →Manage operational and clinical teams as appropriate

Stakeholder Engagement 

• →Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers. 
• →Serve as the primary liaison for ongoing strategic relationships. 
• →Manage stakeholders across different motivations to accomplish end goal

Continuous improvement 

• →Establish processes and clinical workflows that support meeting KPIs 
• →Test and implement new workflows to improve KPIs 

Pilot expansion 

• →Manage on the ground partnerships to enable expansion of pilots to broader rollout 
• →Hire teams as appropriate to support 

• Direct exposure to enterprise strategy, strategic initiatives and partnerships execution, and transformational healthcare initiatives

 Compensation: Starting at $175,000 salary + $50,000 bonus potential
