Responsibilities

- Behavior modification and training techniques
- Job and workplace accommodations
- Community resources and employment programs
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to assess strengths and match individuals to employment opportunities
- Effective problem-solving and independent decision-making
- Experience documenting service delivery and progress notes
- Ability to transport participants using personal or company vehicles
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Experience in industrial or service-related work (preferred)
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to perform medium work (lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Work in a variety of settings (office, community, indoor/outdoor job sites)
