Since 1968, our production facility in Minster, Ohio, has proudly manufactured fresh yogurt. Our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Material Handler based in Minster, Ohio!

Working a 3-2-2 Schedule, which includes weekends and some holidays
Shift is 5:53pm - 6:00am for Nights (5:53am - 6pm for Days)
Passing forklift certification and driving a stand-up forklift in either raw material Warehouse or Distribution Cooler
Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality
Computer work including picking product using a warehouse management system and RF scanner
Unload and load trucks
Working as a team to achieve challenging production goals
Working in a fast-paced environment
Working in a standing position, most of a 12-hr shift
Wearing a free uniform that includes safety shoes, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, hairnet and beard net

The Material Handler base rate is now 25.35/hr! and night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. High School diploma or GED (required)
Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work overtime, weekends and holidays when scheduled.
Computer Skills
Strong attention to detail
High mechanical aptitude
The ability to perform physical demands of:
- A fast-paced environment
- 12-hour shifts
- Continuous walking or standing
- Repetitive minimal to moderate lifting (50 lbs)
- Working in a cold environment (in distribution cooler)
- Working at heights (in warehouse)
Openness to learn and share with others
Doer who takes ownership of our product excellence and their working area
Empowered individual who proactively pursues improvements in Quality, Safety & Operations
Previous forklift and warehousing experience are highly desirable
