Plan, design, and conduct in vitro ADME studies to assess drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion characteristics of NCEs.
Conduct various in vitro ADME assays such as Caco-2 permeability, MDCK permeability, kinetic solubility, thermodynamic solubility, plasma protein binding, microsomal and/or hepatocyte stability as per the Enveda SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Analyze and interpret data and stay current with industry trends and advancements in in vitro ADME methodologies.
Optimize and validate experimental protocols to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of in vitro assays.
Plan, coordinate and prioritize workload to meet the turn around time of the assays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADME data into drug discovery strategies.
Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in DMPK department or Drug Discovery in a Research Institute.
Experience in conducting one or more in vitro ADME studies such as Caco-2 permeability, MDCK permeability, kinetic solubility, thermodynamic solubility, plasma protein binding, microsomal and/or hepatocyte stability.
Hands-on experience in cell culture and/or maintaining cell lines is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of ADME properties and pharmacokinetics of molecules.
Ability to work independently, analyze and interpret the data of in vitro ADME assays and troubleshoot the assays as and when required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability for quick decision making, prioritizing and attention to detail.
