Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Administrative professional to play a key role in supporting our people operations. This position combines HR administration, recruitment, employee support, and organizational coordination, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and employment contract preparation.
Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely guidance and support.
Coordinate performance management activities, including tracking evaluations and supporting feedback processes.
Organize employee training, development programs, and internal events to enhance engagement and growth.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture, and escalating issues when required.
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
