Chief Financial Officer

• →Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• →At least 5 years of accounting and finance leadership experience within a nonprofit organization.
• →Significant experience providing financial leadership for an organization with an annual operating budget of at least $10 million.
• →Substantial experience with government grants and contracts, including grant accounting, compliance, and reporting; experience with California state funding strongly preferred.
• →Substantial experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, audits, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• →Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, risk management, and nonprofit compliance requirements.
• →Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with experience building, developing, and supporting high-performing teams.
• →Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• →Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, Board members, staff, and cross-functional teams.
• →Proficiency with financial management software, systems, and technology.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
YWCA Greater Los Angeles offers a salary range of $152,692-$190,000 for this position.
