Facilities Tech - Plant Operations - Full Time - 1st Shift

Under the general direction of the the Systems Director-Facilities Management, and the EMH System Facilities Manager the Engineering Facility Technician performs daily repairs as well as building and grounds operation and maintenance. 1. →Acts as a liaison with the Engineering Department.
2. →Acts as a liaison with the Safety and Security Department.
3. →Performs daily maintenance necessary to maintain equipment, and building components to enhance building and grounds.

The task of this job does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but employment may require performing supplemental tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Must be able to move or position 50 lbs. independently. Must be able to pass the color blindness test.

Interacts with clients, Associates, physicians, and referring agencies on a routine basis.

Experience in maintenance activities preferred.
