Responsibilities

→Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
→Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
→Design and implement Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automations supporting quote-to-cash processes.
→Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing, configuration, and approval workflow challenges.
→Support production environments, manage tickets, and provide timely end-user assistance.
→Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
→Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.
→Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

→Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
→Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
→Understanding of quote-to-cash and order management workflows.
→Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
→Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
→Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
→Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ana Valarezo Gallegos

3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, or support experience.
Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development.
Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Billing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or revenue recognition processes.
Experience with Conga Contract Management.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer and/or CPQ Specialist).
Experience with integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
