Sales Operations Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to sales operations, reporting, data management, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• →Manage and maintain the Sales team's internal contact lists, databases, and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• →Assist in preparing regular sales reports, data tracking, and basic performance analytics.
• →Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• →Assist with documentation, data entry, coordination, and other day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
• →Work closely with Sales team members to ensure internal information and operational processes are properly maintained.
• →Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational matters as required.

• Hands-on exposure to Sales Operations and business processes.
• Practical experience in reporting, data analysis, and process optimisation.
• Opportunity to work closely with a commercial Sales team and understand how sales operations support business growth.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
