We are looking for Design Consultants who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and energized by helping customers invest in better-quality products for their homes.

Responsibilities

→Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
→Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
→Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
→Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
→Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
→Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
→Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture

Proven success in a retail sales environment
A competitive, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working in a commission-based environment
Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and accountable
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

What We Offer

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our part-time Design Consultants typically earn between $18–$25 hourly, with top performers exceeding that range.
