What We Offer

✓Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience.

✓Have weekday and weekend availability 3 shifts per week required.

✓NO LATE NIGHTS --Shift starts at 4:45pm and typically ends by 8:45 pm.

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service.
This position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency.
Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically.
Describe the day’s menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Deliver food promptly and ensure that the guests are satisfied with their choices.
Assignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering and Utility.

Responsibilities

→Current high school student, must be 16 years of age to apply.
→Serving experience preferred, but we will train.
→Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
→Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.
→A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude.
→Have good communication skills.
→Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
