Entry Level: Microwave Design Engineer

## Join our Team Join Ericsson's Microwave Design team in Gothenburg and become part of the development of next-generation wireless transport solutions.As a Microwave Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design of advanced RF and microwave circuits used in Ericsson's MINI-LINK product portfolio. You will work with technologies ranging from microwave integrated circuits and power amplifiers to complete analog front-end solutions for future radio platforms.Our team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work. What you will do * Design RF and microwave circuits such as power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, switches and matching networks. * Simulate, analyse and optimize microwave designs using industry-standard tools. * Perform laboratory measurements and verification of prototypes and products. * Participate in the full development cycle from concept and requirements to verification and release. * Collaborate with component suppliers, research organizations and internal development teams. * Support technical investigations and feasibility studies for future technology development. * Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the microwave domain. The skills you bring * MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent.Knowledge of RF and microwave engineering. * Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST or equivalent. * Understanding of RF measurements and laboratory equipment.Interest in analog, microwave or high-frequency circuit design. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in an agile team environment. * Good communication skills in English.
