Join our MFS Operations team in Gurgaon and contribute to protecting mission-critical financial services through security operations, cloud security, and continuous service improvement. What you will do: * Investigate and respond to escalated security incidents, conduct threat hunting, and perform root cause analysis. * Monitor and correlate security events using SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security tools. * Develop and fine-tune SIEM detection rules and investigate suspicious activities, malware, and security threats. * Secure cloud environments through configuration reviews, hardening, IAM governance, vulnerability management, and CSPM remediation. * Manage security controls for Linux and Kubernetes environments, including access management, certificates, cryptography, and HSM. * Troubleshoot security and operational issues, validate fixes, and support patching, upgrades, and maintenance. * Coordinate incident bridges, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs. * Participate in shift-based operations and collaborate with global teams to maintain service availability and security. The skills you bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of IT security experience, preferably in a SOC/NOC or service operations environment. * Strong hands-on expertise in Linux and Kubernetes, with knowledge of Docker and container security. * Experience in SIEM, vulnerability management, security auditing, cryptography, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM). * Knowledge of cloud security operations, preferably AWS, including IAM, audit logs, and security posture management. * Understanding of SSL/TLS, PKI, certificate management, TCP/IP, and network security. * Familiarity with PCI DSS, CIS, NIST, and ISO security standards. * Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Ansible is an advantage. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach. * Experience in financial services, mobile commerce, online banking, and ITIL-based service operations is an advantage. “All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.” Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
