Apply your consultative and advisory expertise to strengthen the impact of Esri technology across the organizations you serve. We are seeking an energetic, resourceful professional to lead strategic consulting with stakeholders at every level. Through consultation you will translate organizational goals into workforce development strategies. Partnering closely with Esri’s Business Development team, you will help customers close capability gaps, accelerate adoption, and realize the full value of Esri technology.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes
- →Conduct skills gap analysis to identify the workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals
- →Design and propose workforce development roadmaps that align Esri training to customer’s skill gaps, strategic objectives, and critical business goals
- →Proactively identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery
- →Partner with teams across Esri to shape comprehensive solutions that address each customer’s organizational challenges
- →Represent and communicate the value of training to both internal and external Esri customers
Requirements
~2 min read- 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience
- Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government)
- Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking within a consultative engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
- US citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent prioritization and management of several engagements at once
- Experience advising government, utilities, or commercial communities
- Experience with Esri products and the ArcGIS platform
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
