Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA for a job share opportunity at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This role offers full autonomy, strong compensation, and exceptional work-life balance with 25 weeks of coverage per year.

$244,047 (1099) for 25 weeks of coverage
CRNA-only facility with full scope, independent practice
Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs with 4 on-site daily
Beeper call from home; 1:6 rotation with post-call day off
Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology
New grads welcome
Relocation assistance available

Pratt is situated in Southern Central Kansas only 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over 1 hour from Dodge City. It’s known for its family-friendly feel, affordable cost of living and preservation of western history.
Pratt is home to a local movie theater, several grocery store options, coffee shops, hometown boutiques, newly built pickleball courts and a family-owned fitness center. During the summer you can also enjoy the large public water park that was newly built in 2023.
