About the Role
~1 min readAs a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the effort in shaping and scaling our team with top talent while boosting our biggest brands' online presence. You will drive media buying strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across Amazon Ads (PPC/DSP), retail media platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.), and Meta/Google.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage multi-channel media buying across Amazon Ads (PPC/DSP), retail media platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.), and Meta/Google.
- →Leverage AI-driven workflows and smart integrations to make managing ads faster and more efficient.
- →Leverage our existing MarTech stack and partner with engineering to continuously improve it.
- →Coordinate the optimization of content creation for the different media buying channel.
- →Develop end-to-end relationships with the different team members such as creative team, brand managers and work hand in hand to provide the best performance.
- →Analyze data, and provide insights to internal stakeholders related to ads performance and consumer funnels, particularly new customer acquisition.
- →Identify the variables that can be optimized and own the execution of the optimization.
- →Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues to contribute to the group’s achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.
- →Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and eCommerce tactics for advertising platforms.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media buying management and execution, with strong agency background preferred.
- Proven track record managing large-scale performance budgets (up to $20M annually) across Amazon Ads (PPC/DSP), retail media platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.), and Meta/Google.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach, foreseeing possible difficulties and opportunities within the accounts.
- Exceptional understanding of advanced targeting, planning, and insights capabilities available through paid platforms.
- Advanced understanding and experience of optimization levers available to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
- Bring proven experience in creating, testing, and optimizing high-converting content tailored for performance media buying channels.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and achieve deadlines while dealing with multiple assignments.
- Well-organized and disciplined with regard to policy, procedure, and standards.
- Customer-focused and understanding of the customer experience.
- Good data driven skills; oral and written communication skills.
- Strong learning agility, able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to complex and changing work.
- Fluent in English.

- Step 2: Case Study Assessment
- A practical, take-home exercise designed to give you an opportunity to showcase your strategy, technical capabilities, and problem-solving skills in a real-world scenario.
- Step 3: Deep Dive & Case Review
- You will meet first with the Hiring Manager, followed by the Head of Department. During these sessions, we will review your case study presentation, evaluate your blend of hard and soft skills, and discuss how you would collaborate with the wider team.
- Step 4: Final Leadership Interview
- A final conversation with members of our leadership team to align on high-level strategy, business impact, and long-term vision.
