Client Service Representative Part-Time

$19 - $24/hr

Part-Time opportunity in Sacramento, California

• Part-time position (15-20 hours/week)
• Shifts are scheduled as needed
• Must be available to work nights and weekends

• →Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• →Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while delivering exceptional customer service
• →Prepare, review, and maintain medical records and documentation accurately and completely
• →Educate clients about Vista Veterinary Specialists' services, policies, and procedures
• →Process patient admissions and discharges, including scheduling follow-up appointments as needed
• →Accurately process invoices and client payments
• →Update and maintain client and patient records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements
• →Assist with administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, emailing, and document management
• →Support the hospital team by maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment

• Veterinary client service or veterinary medicine experience preferred
• Emergency or specialty veterinary hospital experience preferred
• Experience with EzyVet is highly desirable but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment in high-stress situations
• Professional appearance and commitment to excellent client service
• Willingness and ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and other shifts as needed
