Mange and plan the execution plan and Support and implement , testing all telecom( radio – transmission ) plans within etisalat network ,

• implement new sites : o Coordinates between Project department and others like transmission and radio to prepare all data needs to start the implementation like LOS and Radio Data after o Coordinate with the vendor Roll out Team to start Implement new sites in the proper time to get monthly/yearly o Follow the teams in the field ,lead them and support them technically to get the new sites with best quality for RBS and Transmission o Telecoms RFS visit to insure that the site is implemented according to standards • Integrate new Sites : o Coordinates with Transmission team to secure the CCR, E1s. o Coordinates with Radio team to secure Approved CDD, Scripts. • Put Sites ON AIR : o power up and confirm site functionality o Coordinates with Radio team to Drive Test the new sites o Coordinates with Vendor Roll out Team to Make the telecoms acceptance in the proper time Transmission activity: Coordinates between project department , transmission department and operation in order to build accurate and optimized sites by doing required : Upgrades, Downgrades Offloading Reroute IVR LOS for new sites and Shops • Radio activity : • Coordinates between project department ,Radio department and operation in order to build accurate and optimized sites by doing required : • Expansions • Extensions • HUSPA • Multi-band • Add new Sectors • Special requirements • In building activity : o Coordinates between project department ,In building team in order to implement and integrate Micros and Macro sites in the proper time • Guide and train the new staff in order to get the best value

University Degree in Engineering Good - Very Good - Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required. Good -Very Good - Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
