•Plan sites design & BSS solution 2G/3G/LTE ensuring that they support business plan achievement and contribute to the development and refinement of network strategy. • Plan & control Equipment planning, engineering & Control activities for Huawei •Plan & Prepare network modernization & new solutions to keep our network competition & to utilize the different phases to save CAPEX & OPEX (Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE).

< Network build a head & Design site solution>:  Plan sites design & responsible for BSS solution 2G/3G/LTE ensuring that they support business plan achievement and contribute to the development and refinement of network strategy  Plan 3G/2G network & introduce the optimum (design & Modelling) for new sites  Cooperate with all departments to set actions and projects needed to achieve the targets : Plan & prepare the Equipment planning, engineering & Control activities for Huawei Study the equipment PIP & provide new solutions to utilize the different phases to save CAPEX & OPEX (Huawei )  Provide cost effective telecom solution per site. Responsible for Huawei BOQs request & cooperation with different vendors to close all open issue that may affect the company target

 University Degree in Communications Engineering.  Minimum 1 years’ Experience.

 Radio access & capacity planning experience.  UMTS/GSM Networks Understanding.

 Radio access & capacity planning experience.  UMTS/GSM Networks Understanding.  Excellent computer Skills (MS & presentation) & programming skills.

 Experience for engineering planning & sites design.  Introduce innovation idea & smart design.  Ability for hard worker & achieving the objectives.  Excellent leadership & communication skills.

 GSM/UMTS capacity planning & traffic relief analysis.  LTE .
