- University Degree in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering.

- Effective Communication & Negotiation skills.

- Experienced in core CS deployment projects.

- Deep Knowledge of CS Core Network nodes functionality.

- Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS office tools & AutoCAD.

- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

- CS fundamentals.

- Datacenter fundamentals.

- Project Management.

- Leadership.

- GSM/UMTS/LTE Network.

- Decision making & problem solving.

- CCNA Certificate.

- Familiar with Core & Access nodes fundamentals & deployment standards.

- Datacenters standards & best practices.

- Minimum 3 years of Experience within Mobile network field.  Minimum 2 years of Experience within CS network field.

- Experienced in Mobile core network CS deployment projects.
