Enterprise Service Provisioning Senior Engineer

Responsible for Enterprise customers service provisioning based upon pre-defined policies and procedures, he/she is also responsible for troubleshooting and solving any problem related to Enterprise customers. 

    Supervise and support Enterprise Service Provisioning engineers.
    Report daily activities to Enterprise Service Provisioning manager to be able to arrange day-to-day work.
    Follow up the progress of any activity with other team members to provide them needed support.
    Configure Internet and VPN (FR, ATM, and MPLS) customer circuits based upon pre-defined policies, SLA and procedures to deliver customer requirements.
    Assist the routing protocols on activating any customer to make sure it is working as customer request.
    Suggest any new solutions to accommodate customer needs; Routing/DSL/VAS approval is need if the changes require any change in the already set policies and procedure.  
    Act as 'Level 2' support for any customer problem that should be escalated directly from Support Team to solve it as SLA.
    Day-to-Day Service provisioning activities (New (Dialup, ATM, DSL) & Upgrades) to fulfill customer requests within SLA.
       Define the related security plans to make sure they are upon Company pre-defined policies.
       Document customer problems and their solutions for reference.
       Define the dial-up maintenance activities and routines to maintain the continued health of the access servers.
       Coordination with Telecom Egypt to troubleshoot any related problems.
        Manages Dial-Up capacity (Upgrade / Downgrade according to utilization) to efficiently use and utilize network resources.
        Keep monitoring tools (MRTG or CACTI) updated with any new change in dial up network to have an up-to-date image.

    B.Sc. of Electrical Engineering in communication or computer science.
    Four years experience with networking and routing protocols.
    Good background of Unix OS.
