Product Development UI&UX Senior Supervisor.Twist

Primary responsibility will be to execute the plan for the features and roadmap of our app. Will be in charge of fulfilling all tasks related to the app's development, aiming to maximize its potential  and maturity. In addition to designing and maintaining the overall look of the app through UI/UX design.

Product Development - Execute on the comprehensive product strategy, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, translating business requirements into actionable plans with clear timelines and milestones.- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development, ensuring the delivery of a competitive and engaging music streaming platform along with VOD, Sports and Games.- Coordinate product development efforts ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards- Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance teams, to align product strategy with business objectives and drive revenue growth.-Creating monthly management reports summarizing product development milestones and upcoming launches including relevant details and market opportunities- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.- Engage with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, provide guidance, and address any challenges or roadblocks during the development process - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features and functionalities.- Implement quality assurance processes including testing, bug tracking, and user feedback analysis to ensure the delivery of high-quality products UI/UX •Designing user interfaces on applications (UI) for Music, Games, TV, and Sports •Designing user flow and experience (UX) including all consumer touchpoints and navigation components, ensuring users can easily navigate using visual elements •Guide UX designers to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs •Create graphic user interface elements such as tabs, widgets, and menus. •Create UI mockups that illustrate how application will function •Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs and interactions. •Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, integrating them into the product development process to deliver a modern and engaging user experience.

 Knowledge:- 

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.- Previous experience in app development and/or UI/UX design or related role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Proficient in using productivity tools and software related to app management.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the app development field.- Knowledge of Sketch, InVision, HTML, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative suite 

Education:

 A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is required Language Proficiency:- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is necessary for effective communication and collaboration. 

Problem Solving: - Proven ability to identify and analyze problems related to app development and find effective solutions.

- Strong critical thinking skills to assess challenges and make informed decisions.- Demonstrated track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the app development process. - Minimum of 4 years of prior work experience in the UI/UX field or related positions- Portfolio of previous work
