Project Management Senior Expert.IT Governance & PMO

To professionally manage programs/projects requested within the IT department to ensure the high quality of the deliverables and their alignment to the PM methodology and Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

1. Manages Strategic programs that shall enhance the business Revenues & reduce IT costs 2. Manages the commercial yearly calendar. 3. Prepare the yearly & quarterly IT plan. 4. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale strategic projects. 5. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects to grantee successful completion of all projects. 6. Participate in the kick off planning for assigned programs and projects to communicate program/projects objectives and announce start up. 7. Implements different projects review in accordance with methodology to ensure successful execution of the program as measured by strategic goals. 8. Minimizes exposure and risk across multiple projects. 9. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects. 10. Sets expectations upward regarding cost projections of the program. 11. Serves as key participant in team and customer meetings. 12. Raises visibility of t superiors and peers through reporting of program progress, risks, issues, conflicts. 13. Confronts issues openly and quickly. 14. Tactfully communicates sensitive information to stakeholders. 15. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise program project managers and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. 16. Works across practice to share lessons learned and best practices. 17. Works in conjunction with vendors account management to follow up across projects, and program. 18. Identify areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation. 19. Reviews the status reports of projects/program and addresses issues/risks as appropriate. 20. Proactively manage changes in program/ projects scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. 21. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program. 22. Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures. 23. Maintain and build relationships with the program’s suppliers that ensure the right partnership is established to achieve the program objectives

 B.Sc. in engineering/IT related ( if not, post graduate diploma/study in IT is mandatory)  Minimum 8 years demonstrated track PM practice and not less than 10 years practice in IT.  (Area of experience) : IT/ Project Management  Excellent Computer skills, MS project & MS office  Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Multiple Projects management experience at the same time.
