Project Supervisor.Core Network Development & B2B

The Gated Communities Demand & Solution Supervisor role is to manage the Core Network Enterprise opportunities with customers by providing the optimum end to end technical solutions/service with the best cost and implementation plan for Gated communities and business parks (palm hills) including:
•    Provide Full solution design, costing, Business model and BC for Palm hills compounds. 
•    Design the high-level solution for consumers, retail, business, hotels , malls , educational  and clubs customers either:-
1.    GPON and Pont to Pont
2.    Passive Fiber and Copper
3.    Active solutions
4.    Professional services 
5.    Support and maintenance
6.    Spare parts
7.    Subcontractors and in-house partnerships
8.    Smart Gated and Smart home solutions
9.    Transmissions solutions
10.    Telecom Egypt connectivity’s and partnerships for fiber and fixed
11.    Quad play services (Voice, Data, IPTV, GSM)
12.    Consumer, Retail, Enterprise solutions Infrastructure
13.    Unified communication
14.    Video Surveillance
15.    Video streaming
16.    WiFi
17.    Access control
•    Monitor the actual activation customers versus the business case and trigger business case updates if needed for all palm hills 8 compounds.

-University Degree, preferably BSc. In Engineering or Computer science
-Fluent in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
-Experience with Technical Infrastructure Transformations, i.e. data center, network planning, operations consolidation and optimization
-Excellent Problem solving skills
-plans team work for a year in advance
-Innovative thinker about better ways to serve customers and provide the most effective
solution to the customer
-Strategic thinker
-Excellent computer skills & advanced Excel
 

-Negotiation & communication skills, self-driven, results oriented, ability to work under
pressure, ability to work in teams

-Enterprise Solutions Knowledge, example of areas of knowledge: Data centres, Cloud, Business
Application, connectivities, GPON, IP network infrastructure, transmission solution designs etc.
-Network Solutions Knowledge
-5+ years of experience in any of the above areas of knowledge

-Telecom Background

    Project Management Training.
