PS Core Planning Senior Engineer.Core Network Development & B2B

 To plan and integrate packet core nodes and services according to Etisalat vision and direction.  Act as project manager for different assigned projects .  To provide PS technical support to our internal customers.  To participate in enhancing the technical knowledge of PS engineers.

1. Plan and implement new technologies and services related to Packet Core. 2. Initiate RFIs, RFPs for the different new Packet Core products. 3. Carry out the capacity planning for the PS core entities. 4. Fine tuning for PS nodes to achieve smooth and high quality performance. 5. Tracking the performance of the PS core entities, and provide daily and weekly reports. 6. Integrate and accept the new Packet core nodes. 7. Integrate new network nodes to PS Core. 8. Provide converged solutions for packet services to cover marketing requirements. 9. Study the available packet modules and terminals abilities to cover the packet solutions requirements. 10. Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval. 11. Act as a technical reference to other engineers. 12. Transfer know how to engineers in PS core team. 13. Prepare weekly project updates for PS Core planning team leader. 14. Vendor/supplier periodic performance evaluation.

 BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

 Excellent knowledge of the IP nodes and protocols.  Excellent knowledge of the different packet core nodes.  Good leadership and decision-making skills.

 From 3 to 5 years experience in GSM/Telecommunications field.

 Ability to work under pressure.  Ability to work within a team.  Ability to travel inside/outside Egypt.
