Transmission Senior Engineer.Projects & Infrastructure Development

Plan and Follow up the implementation of all Transmission implementation activities necessary to build, expand and maintain Etisalat EGYPT GSM network according to high quality standard installations.

- Leading, coaching and guiding installation teams to build , expand and maintain Etisalat Egypt GSM network.
- Communicate with other departments to set service level agreements, update it with the new changes for the benefit of Etisalat Egypt.
- Managing Vendors and Contractors to perform required tasks according to pre-set schedule and time frames
- Take the responsibility of managing the implementation activities in the given area, report the status and updates to his superiors
- Follow up pre-set procedures with innovation to facilitate working progress and increase productivity.
- Ensure the execution of given tasks in proper time frames.
- Support team members technically and handling problems that may appear during the installation process.
- Ensure safety of equipment and Etisalat Property.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering electricity or telecommunication.
- Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in similar field.
- Good communication skills. (Sufficient enough to deal with technicians, colleagues and site owners in a wise and effective manner).
- Familiarity with different kinds of tools and hand working.
- Good experience in the GSM, PCM theory, Microwave links and power systems.
- Good command of English language (Written and spoken).
- Ability to lead teams.
- Problem solving and decision-making.
- Ensuring that acceptance process is running smoothly and that necessary documentation are being accurately issued and delivered to the acceptance section.
