To follow up all W.H transactions such (Receiving, move orders, returns .sales orders ...etc) on
weekly bases and report the status to the WH Sup.v
To follow up the daily transaction of Tech WH with services provider.
To report the measurement of WH section KPI's and follow up the action taken by WH team.
To assist in generating the needed reports of Tech WH in coordination with the WH Sup.V
To follow up with the IT Dept the progress of running projects and report all related actions
To assist in preparing the monthly WH status report.
Preparing weekly utilization report.
Preparing monthly aging report for tech inventory items
Report in periodically basis the needed enhancement on ERP and discoverer to the WH Supervisor.
And make the follow up with IT section
Support in the random physical count and periodically physical count and report the shortage or
surpluses to WH Sup.v.

Apply the Tech manual procedures and report the process efficiency or violation to the WH
Sup.V.
Keep all documents filed, sorted. available for any requisition

Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Excellent Computer skills, Oracle I11 is required.

Minimum 3 to 5 years' Experience.
Pervious experience in Warehouse field.
