Responsibilities

Coordinate with different teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

Manage various stages of the project lifecycle, emphasizing timely delivery and quality.

Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Use strong communication skills to convey project goals, updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders.

Ensure projects adhere to predefined timelines and meet set objectives (budget, scope of work).
→
Work closely with business flows, improve them if needed to achieve projects goals.
→
Foster a collaborative team environment and address challenges proactively.
→
Engage in client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professional representation of EveryMatrix.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management. Proven track of projects deliveries.
Strong knowledge of BA techniques.
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
General understanding of the technical aspects of projects.
Experience in the iGaming industry is advantageous.
Experience in Business Analysis area is advantageous.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
Fluent in English (level B2-C1+).
