• →Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
• →Assist with plan enrollment and transitions.
• →Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
• →Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
• →Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• →Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• →Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.

• Holds valid health insurance license.
• Can provide proof of release for any requested carrier contract.
• Current plan year AHIP certification.
• Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue
• Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
