Responsibilities

→Must be a CNC Swiss Machinist l for 1 year or have sufficient prior experience.
→Successful completion of assessment evaluation.
→Proven ability to operate and maintain multiple machines effectively.
→Familiarity with guide bushing and collet adjustments for specific material types.
→Moderate knowledge of tool wear and offset adjustments.
→Basic knowledge of troubleshooting minor machine and quality issues
→Moderate knowledge of data entry, ERP, and job traveler execution.
→Moderate knowledge of SOP, SWI, cGMP, GDP and QMS.
→Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
→Proven knowledge of measuring tools, i.e., calipers, micrometers, vision systems, hard gages, etc.
→Proven knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, set-up sheets, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
→Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment.
→Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
→Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a strong sense of urgency, and effectively under pressure.
→Effective verbal and written communication skills.
→Strong finger and hand dexterity.
→Strong visual and auditory acuity.
→Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
→Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Preferred 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience.
