Join the Exoticca product team, we are a young and dynamic team, looking for the best profiles to give a twist to the travel industry. Based in Barcelona in a multicultural atmosphere, we develop new destination offers and give traditional ones a new perspective through research, brainstorming, and strong negotiations with our existing and new providers worldwide.

Join us as a Travel Product Specialist! As a part of the product team, you are responsible for creating and uploading the agreements with partners into our system and following best practices to deliver and produce the best offers in the market.

• You will create the most competitive travel packages after the primary mediation using our internal system and platforms.

• Be an active team player, you will work closely with the Product Brand department and Flights team to follow up the production process and meet the publication deadlines. 
• Daily management/coordination with the suppliers to ensure the correct configuration of the product, prices, quality and maximize sales and customer experience. 
• You will be responsible for active support to our different teams on the specifications of our products; Solving daily requests and providing product insights to Sales, Customer Service and B2B departments.
• Ensure and improve the quality of the products and destinations insights, during creation, development and after publication
• Daily use and expertise of Exoticca's own Back Office, Microsoft Office, Google tools, Asana, Kanban methodology, Signaturit, Confluence and Looker.

• High ability to interact and communicate effectively

• Quick adaptation to change (the ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively in response)
• Attention to detail and quality-driven products
• Minimum studies: Tourism degree preferably 
• Preferably 2 years of minimum experience in the tourism industry, specifically in the tour operations/travel agency field.
• A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Proven fluency, proven experience using English at a professional level both written and spoken.
