Typically 14+ years of aerospace and/or MRB engineering experience
Recognized technical authority capable of influencing program strategy, compliance, and engineering standards

Typically 20+ years of aerospace and/or MRB engineering experience
Industry-recognized expert with demonstrated experience developing methodologies, driving innovation, and shaping long-term technical strategy

✓Hourly pay range: $66.00 - $90.00+ per hour

✓Level placement (III, IV, V, or VI) will be determined during the evaluation process based on a candidate's qualifications, technical expertise, relevant experience, scope of prior responsibilities, and overall alignment with business needs

✓Final compensation will be commensurate with the assigned level, experience, skills, market conditions, and geographic considerations

✓$3,000 retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment

✓$5,000 retention bonus after 12 months of employment
