As Head of SEO, you will lead a high-performing team and drive global SEO strategy across our brands, collaborating closely with Content, Web Development, Product, and Marketing to ensure a unified, high-impact approach that delivers long-term growth and brand authority.

• Own the strategic SEO roadmap across all Kape brands, prioritizing initiatives that maximize visibility, traffic, and engagement.
• Set global KPIs and performance metrics for SEO, aligned with broader business objectives.
• Partner with content, product, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor your SEO team to deliver exceptional results.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with broader business and growth objectives.

• Lead initiatives to significantly grow organic search presence, supporting both user acquisition and revenue objectives.
• Ensure transparent, actionable reporting to senior leadership and business owners.
• Translate SEO trends and algorithm changes into actionable strategies that maintain Kape’s market leadership.
• Educate and enable writers, developers, and content strategists to deliver SEO-aligned content at scale.

• Lead cross-functional SEO projects end-to-end, aligning content, web, and marketing teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimize processes, tools, and approaches.

• 5–6+ years of SEO experience, with deep expertise in on-page and off-page SEO
• 2+ years of proven people management experience
• Strong command of web analytics to derive actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
• Multi-territory SEO experience with an understanding of global search landscapes
• Expertise in current SEO tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Search Console, Botify/DeepCrawl/OnCrawl, Majestic/Ahrefs/Systrics, SEMrush/SearchMetrics/BrightEdge
• Strong technical capabilities; able to communicate and deliver SEO projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams

• At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
