Data Reporter - Quality

• Position Summary:
  • Data reporter supports quality investigation by conducting Tear Down Analysis (TDA), Handling quality-related samples, and collecting investigation data. This position works closely with Quality Engineers and Tech teams to ensure timely analysis and accurate reporting of quality issues.

• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Tear Down Analysis (TDA)
     
     • Perform TDA and failure analysis activities for quality investigations, including:
       • AC-IR NG (Foil Crack/Insulation)
       • Degassing X-ray NG
       • Delta V NG
       • Degassing IR NG (Including manual Hi-POT Tests)
       • PPC NG & Validation TDA
  2. Sample & Cell Handling
     • Transfer EV cells for validation and investigation purposes.
     • Prepare Tensile strength samples via TDA.
     • Maintain traceability of investigation samples and analyzed cells.
  3. Reporting & Data Collection
     • Record and share TDA findings and investigation results.
     • Support quality data collection and reporting.
     • Support Quality Engineers with root cause analysis.

• Qualifications:
  • Must perform Tear Down Analysis (TDA) as a primary job responsibility.
  • Must be able to work in the TDA room approximately 2-4 hours per day.
  • Must successfully complete all required Safety Training to conducting TDA activities.
  • Must properly wear and maintain required PPE during all TDA operations.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.

• Preferred Skills:
  • Manufacturing, Quality, or battery industry experience.
  • Experience with sample handling, inspections, or failure analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Safety Notice:

TDA activities involve battery cell disassembly and investigation work. Compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and completion of mandatory safety training are required before performing any TDA related task.
